A Heartwarming Partnership with Wyman House

In November of 2023, Sharing H.O.P.E. initiated an impactful partnership with the Wyman House in Baltimore, a residential hub for up to 175 low-income seniors and disabled individuals. Since then, this collaboration has brought hope and nourishment to the community, culminating in our annual hot meal event for Christmas each December.

The event was a resounding success, made possible through the unwavering support of several organizations and individuals. A heartfelt thank you to the Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Department, Wegmans Owings Mills, Costco Owings Mills, Trader Joe's, Celestial Manna, and Sharing Excess for their invaluable contributions in bringing this vision to life.

The true heroes behind this achievement were our dedicated team of cooks and the generosity of individual donors, whose selfless contributions ensured that each Wyman House resident not only received a warm, nourishing meal but also received some thoughtful gifts. Their kindness and commitment exemplify the power of community spirit and the impact we can make when we come together in service of others.

As we reflect on this inspiring journey, we are reminded that collaboration and compassion can transform lives. Sharing H.O.P.E. remains committed to fostering meaningful partnerships and continuing to uplift those in need. Stay connected with us for more updates and ways you can be part of our mission to spread hope and healing on planet earth.
